ing and edvertising has been accomplished and 25 owners of adjaoent
property were notified of tho hearing. The structure is to be of
concrete block or frame, consi$ting of two buildings of 12 units
eech at a total cost of 012i000e00. County 5anitarian, Excell,
has given his consent to the same. No ;;rotests have been mQde to
