Dear Bernard,
At your request I did a0 study of the requirements of the Spokane
County Guidelines for Stormwater Management and its effect oh your
property at E. 12401 Trent.
From my interpretation of the guidelines and my calculat3ons, it
seemed the simplest solution for you was to regrade your parking
area to drain toward the grassy area on the east sfde of the
property. The area is more than sufficient to allow the percolation
requirements of the guidelines and in my opinion is large enough to
not require a drywell.
It is my understanding that these recommendatfans have been
initiated and completed. This letter should confirm my
recommendations to you bp phone several weeks ago.
