By the acceptance oF this deed of conveyance, Grantees,

shall not interpose or assert any hinderance or adverse claim

hereby release, forever discharge, indemnify and hold harmless

loss, liability, damage, or causes of action whatsoever, arising
out of Grantor's enjoyment of the easements resecved to Grantor ,

(3) Grantees, their heirs, successors and assigns
shall only use the premises conveyed hereunder, if at all, for
industrial purposes and activities. Food processing, open
storage of valuable goods or commodities and similar activities
and uses incompatible with close proximity to cement terminal
and/or ceivent plant operations shall not be included as a
qualifying industrial use for purposes of this subparagraph.
It is understood and agreed by Grantees, for
themselves, their heirs, sucressors and assigns tbat this
coiiveyance i:, macle and accepted and the realty is hereby granted,
on and subject to the foregoing covenants, conditions,
restrictions, release and inciemnification which covenants,
conditions, restrictions, release and indemnification shall apply
