I. Building and Safety (456-3675)
A. Discussion/Requirements
1. A preliminary plan review was completed by Tom
Postlewait. A plan review letter was given to the
architect.
B. Permit Release Requirentents
1. Building and Safety will sign off the permit when
all comments/requirements in the plan review letter
have been satisfied.
II. Fire District No. 1(928-1700)
A. Discussion/Requirements
1. It was stated that the fire hydrant location is
adequate.

2. The applicant was informed that the Fire District
requires that there be adequat,e truck access to the
site including unobstructed access to the hydrant
located in the rear portion of the property.
III. Engineering (456-3600)
A. Discussion/Requirements
1. A copy of comments was given to the applicant and
Building and Safety by Gary Nelson.
2. The drainage plan check print was given to the
applicant.
3. Your contact person at the Engineer's Office will
be Gary Nelson.
B. Permit Release Requirements
1. A complete drainage plan with calculations must be
submitted for review and approval.
2. Road and drainage plans for street improvements
must be submitted for Montgomery Drive.
3. Approach permits for driveway approaches to
Montgomery Drive must be obtained.
IV. Health District (456-3600)
A. Permit Release Requirements
1. The Health District needs to be infoi-med of the
number of employees in order to determine the septic
system size.
2. The types of waste material must be submitted to
the Health District.
3. The Health District must know the types, if any,
critical materials (cleaning solvents, etc.) to be
handled on the site.
4. The location of the water line must be shown on
the site plan.
5. The applicant is required to apply for a septic
permit prior to release of the building permit.

V. Planning Department (456-2205)

A. Discussion/Requirements
1. This project is in a restricted industrial zone,
therefore, the proposal is approved.
2. A short plat may be required for this project, the
applicant will contact Doug Adams, Subdivision
Administrator for the procedures for short plat. The
time period to process a short plat is approximately 60
days. It was pointed out that this parcel is part of a
binding site plan.
8. Permit Release Requirements
l. Compliance with the short plan ordinance will need
to be determined.
2. The Planning Department will need to have the
square footage of the office and warehouse in order to
determine parking.
VI. Utilities (456-3604)
A. Perm3.t Release Requirements
1. Double plumbing which is capped at both ends is
required.
21 A ULID Statement is required, and can be obtained
from the Health District.

reminded all that he should be contacted if there any unforeseen
problems which may arise. Also, should there be any changes from
