The expansion encroaches on the 60' side yard space required far a building of this size under the Uniform Building Code. However, this 60' of space is furnished by the adjacent main line railroad track right-of-way, which is approximately 150' wide. In accordance with your requirements, we will furnish a qravel driveway around this expansion area for fire truck access. We also understand that some additional lawn area will be required in order to receive the runoff from the new pavement. I would appreciate your review of this site plan. Job No. 6350 Dear Mr. Hai.nes, As per discuasion last week, we have enlarged the dry wells in capacity and the grades in the lawn area. You voiced some concern regarding the drainage of the paved areas at the south side of the existing building. The pavement drains to the east and north. Water is collected in an exn.sting dry well in front of the existing building and/or carried northerly to the new lawn area. We trust this will comply with the code. If you have any additional concerns, please advise at your earliest opportunity. Call me collect if you so desire.
