Discussion/requirements 1# Comments were given ta the applicant and Building and safety by Bob McCann. 2, Parkzng plan was discussed concerning radius and access to stalls. A 24 foot lane may not be suitable for fire apparatus. A minimum af 50 feet is needed, a 55 faot radius would be preferred. B. Permit Release Requi~ements 1. Please submit a drainage plan far the site, at a minimum the plan s]hall contain following; drainage calculati.ans for stormwater volurnes generated an site, calculata.ons for total impervious sur€aces cantained within the site+ f inislied grade elevations far structures to be carrstructed on site, finished grade elevations at the top and bottom of the 208 swale, a typical cross section of the 208 swaler calculations to justify the number and type of drywells proposed, and elevation of drywells inlets where applicable. 2. An agreement to Pay Fees is required by the oviner. The agreement is to be signed by the owner and returned to the Engineering Department. Plan review will not be completed until this document is executed. III. Health District (456-6040) A. Discussion/Requirements 1. The Health District will need the amount of the intended sewage f low and that the applicant should confer with the Department of Ecology regarding existing capacities of the sewage treatment plant. The amount of sewage f low may be calculated at a loading rate of 15 gallons per person per shif t per day. 2. The Health Department shows no record of any on site sewage systems for the residences: Please verify current connections, and any old on-site system must be properly abandoned if found. 3. It was verif ied that the disposition of the existing residences located on the site, will be demolished and all debris will be taken to a licensed landfill. 4. Daryl Way commented that if future plans concerning the project involve a Food Service, the Health Department would need to be contacted. B. Permit Release Requirements l. Please submit an update of the location and size of the existing sewer system of the proposed. V. Fire District No. 1(928-2462) A. Discussion/Requirements 1. Fire flow for the proposed is approximately 4000 ° g.p.m. 2. Two port hydrants need to be converted to 3 port hydrants. It was stated there seems to be 3 port hydrants on site at this present time. 3. Clyde Wisenor commented on the fact that a 55 foot radius would be adequate for the fire district to be able to gain access to the proposed site. Tne buildiny on ttie site will be monitored by Fire District #11s current alarm system. VI. Building and Safety (456-3675) A. Discussion/Requirements 1. Plan review has been completed on the preliminary plans and a letter was given to the applicant by Tom Postlewait. 2. Please submit an updated critical material listing to Building and Safety for review. 3. Additional comments discussed during the meeting included handicap access, exit, construction, ventilation, energy, slope of ramps, and mechanical comments. B. Permit Release Requirements 1. Two complete revised sets of plans addressing the items discussed during the meeting and other items from the plan review letter needs to be.submitted for review and approval. APPLICANT'S COMMENTS/ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: The applicant acknowledged that all comments/requirements were understood and had no further questions at this time regarding permit requirements. COUNTY ACTIONS: The Department of Buildin.g and Safety will review the addressing and building identifications to see if there is a better method for identif ication `purposes .
