I am sending copies of our computer records, I really do need to know what parcel is being built on. To make matters worse the Assessor addressed ALL these parcels the same address of 4430 E 15'h Ave. ADE)WESS: 4812 E 15" AVE. Originally the parcel number for this (Lot 4 SIk 27) was retired and merged with Lot 5 BIk 27, It was given a new parcel number (35233.2714). However the legal from the assessor for this new parcel is lots 5 & 6 Blk 2.7. No montion of Lot 4 and Lot 6 already has a parcel number of (35233.2707). 1 now understand that this also involves access easements for Lot 7 Blk 27.
