building practices used on the homes built in Woodland Terrace on lots in blocks 17, 18,
19, 20, 23, 24, 25, and 26:are:approved to be built on lots in blocks 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 24,
25, and 26 in accordance with the same standard building practices as were used in
