I Boyd Rood of Lake City Engineering do hereby certify that the types of floorplans and
building practices used on the homes built in Woodland Terrace on lots in blocks 17, 18,
19, 20, 23, 24, 25, and 26 are approved to be built on lots in blocks 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 24,
25, and 26 in accordance with the same standard building practices as were used in
construction of existing residences built in those tracts since 1996. These building
practices include normal standard drain tile& foundation drains where applicable as
