Permit Release Requirements 1. A site plan as described above needs to be submitted for review and approval. II. Engineering Department (456-3600) A. Discussion/Requirements 1. A drainage plan for the site shall contain the following: drainage calculations for stormwater volumes generated on site, calculations for total impervious surfaces contained within the site, finished grade elevations for structures to be constructed on site, finished grade elevations at the top and bottom of the 208 swale, a typical cross section of the 208 swale, calculations to justify the number and type of drywells proposed, elevation of drywell inlets werq applicable. 2. Your contact person for the County Engineering Department is Jerry Sims. B. Permit Release Requirements 1. A drainage plan as described above needs to be submitted for review and approval. III. Health District (456-6040) A. Discussion/Requirements 1. The Health Districts records show that a sewage permit was taken out in 1965 for a dance hall. 2. The applicant needs to resolve the problem of sewage disposal. 3. If there is a well located on the site the applicant will need to take into consideration the setback requirements between the well and proposed location of the sewaqe disposal system. 4. The applicant needs to contact Daryl Way for further comments and requirements for the proposed project. B. Permit Release Requirements 1. Resolve the sewage disposal problem. 2. Cantact Daryl Way for further comments and requirements. D' ~ • ' . IV. Utilities Department (456-3604) A. Discussion/Requirements 1. The Utilities Department was not present. However, comments were qiven to Tom Davis prior to the Pre-Construction Conference. 2. The proposed project will require double plumbing. V. Fire District #1 (928-1700) A. Discussion/Requirements 1. A fire hydrant may exist on the site the Fire District has no record of this hydrant. If the hydrant does not exist one will be required at the entrance of the park. 2. The required fire flow for the site is 1,500 g.p.m. VI. Building and Safety (456-3675) A. Discussion/Requirements 1. Plan review for the proposed project has been completed and a letter will be sent to the applicant. 2. Handicap parking and signage needs to be shown on site plan. 3. Grab bar size shall be specified. 4. Locksets and latchsets shall have a lever push. 5. Truss diagrams from the engineer or architect need to be submitted for review prior to installation. B. Permit Release Requirements 1. Conditions of the plan review letter need to be met before release of the building permit.
