Due to the topographical issues, there has been extensive excavation and additional engineering required on the above site. Included are the engineering reports from All West. Both recommendations have been followed and completed. This is also an owner- builder project, which has taken longer than a project headed by a seasoned general contractor. Both owners (Greg Norris and myself) are employed at full-time positions. We have been completing some of the finish work in our off-time.
