l. Refmburse Spokane County for project review and inspection
fees as specified in Board of County Commissioner's
Resolution 80-1592 attachment C, as amended. The fees will
be based on actual salary costs incuxred by Spokane County
for pYOject reviews and / or inspections plus a ten percent
administrative charge, and will be billed monthly as
accrued.
2. The undersigned agrees that these fees are due and payable
upon zeceipt of the billinq as specified above. Tbe

RID WAIVER, AGREEMENT AND COVENANT:
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Acme Machine Works, Inc., a WashinetoQ
Corporation ,
being the owners of the following described lands in consideration oF rlutual
Benefits to be hereafter derived do for themselves, their heirs, grantees, assigns
and auccessor(s) in intetest hereby agree to authorize Spokane County to placetheir
name(s) on a petition for the formation of a Road Improvemeat District (RIA) boy the
petition method pursuant to Chapter 36.88 RCW, which petition includes the owner(s)
property, and further not to object, by the signing of a ballot, to the formatton of
a kID by the resolution method pursuant to Chapter 36.88 RCW, which resolution
includes the owner(s) property. If a RID is formed by either the petition or
resolution method, as provided For ia Chapter 36.88 RCW, the owner(s) or
successor(s) further agree: (1) that the improvements ar construction contemplated
within the proposed RID are feasible, (2) that the benefits to be derived from the
formation of the RID by the property included therein, together with the amount of
any County participation, exceeds the cost and expense of forma.tion of the RID, and
(3) that the property within the proposed RID is suff iciently developed. Provided,
further, the owner(s) or Nsuccessor(s) shall retain the right, as suthorized under
RCW 36.88.090, to object to any assessment(s) on the prvperty as a result of the
improvements called for in conjunction with the formation of a RID by either the
petition or resolution method under Chapter 36.88 RCW and to appeal to the Superior
Court the decision of the 8oard oF County Commissioners affirming the f inal
assessment roll.
It is further agreed that at such time as $n RID is created or 8oy Road Improvement
Project ia sanctioned by Spokane County, the improvementa required (curb, sidewalk,
drainaRe contral and paving to exieting pavement) shall be at the sole expense of
the un3ereigned owner, their heire, grantees and assigne without any monetary
participation by 5pokane County.
The RID waiver contained in this agreement shatl expire after ten (IO) years from
the 4sC• ol execution below. Uoweverl gC tho oxplraeion date the owner(s) or
succzssor(s) agree to construct the required improvements at their own expense; pay
to Spokane County the tben estimated coat of the required improvements to enable the
County to complete the same; or furnish a bond or other secure method suitable to
the County, providing for or securing Co the County the actual construction of the
improvements.
The above conditions and covenant apply to the following deacribed property:
