MICHAEL HUFFMAN being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says that he is the EDITOR of the Spokane Valley News
Herald, a weekly newspaper. That said newspaper is a legal newspaper and it is now and has been for more than six months prior
to the date of publication hereinafter referred to, published in the English language continually as a weekly newspaper in Spokane
County, Washington, and it is now and during all of said time was printed in an office maintained at the aforesaid place of

Rd. and 12th Ave. Sidewalk Project. The.
project consists of clearing and grubbing;
sidewalk and curb construction; HMA pav-
ing; storm improvements; signing; and other
related work, all in accordance with the
Contract Provisions and Plans.

99206, and received not later than 10:00
a.m. PDT, Friday, March 3, 2017. Bid open-
ings will beheld immediately thereafter and
read aloud in the City Council Charnbers,
Suite 101.
The City of Spokane Valley reserves the
right to waive any Irregularities or infor-
malities and to reject any or all bids. No
bidder may withdraw his bid after the time
announced forthebid opening, or before the
award and execution of thecontract, unless
the award is delayed fora period exceeding
Sony (60) days.
The City of Spokane Valley in accordance
with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act 011964,
78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 20004 to 2000d-4
and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations,
Department of Transportation, Subtitle A,
Office of the Secretary. Part 21, Nondis-

bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that
in any contract entered into pursuant to this
