MICHAEL HUFFMAN being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says that he is the EDITOR of the Spokane Valley News
Herald, a weekly newspaper. That said newspaper is a legal newspaper and it is now and has been for more than six months prior
to the date of publication hereinafter referred to, published in the English language continually as a weekly newspaper in Spokane
County, Washington, and it is now and during all of said time was printed in an office maintained at the aforesaid place of
publication of said newspaper, which said newspaper had been approved as a legal newspaper by order of the Superior Court of
the State of Washington in and for Spokane County. That the following is a true copy of a Legal Notice as it was published in
regular issues commencing on the 24th day of February, 2017, and ending on the 24th day of February, 2017, all dates

115,186 square feet of .new asphalt and
14,394 square feet of concrete for 230
relocated employee parking stalls and
30 trailer staging spaces. Approximately
140,000 square feet of area will be graded
to include 4,800 cubic yards of gravel base
used beneath parking/staging areas.

mental impacts. All comments received
within fourteen (14) calendar days of the
date issued below will be considered prior
to making a decision on this project. Any
person may request a copy of the decision
for the proposal once made. Pursuant to
City of Spokane Valley Municipal Code
(SVMC) 17.90 (Appeals), a written appeal'
of the decision shall be filed with the City
of Spokane Valley Community & Economic
Development Department within fourteen
(14) calendar days after the date the no-
tice of the decision is mailed. Standing to
appeal a decision shall be determined in
accordance with the provisions of SVMC
17.90.030 (Standing).

Environmental Review: The City of Spo-
kane Valley Planning Division has reviewed
the proposal/project for probable adverse
environmental impacts and expects to issue
a Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS)
for this project. The optional DNS process
in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. THIS
MAY BE YOUR ONLY OPPORTUNITY
TO COMMENT ON THE ENVIRONMEN-
TAL IMPACTS OF THE PROPOSED
PROJECT.
Existing Environmental Documents:
None.
Applicable Development Regulations:
SVMC Title 19 (Zoning), Tttle 21 (Environ-
mental Controls) end Title 22 (Development
Standards); 2009 City of Spokane Valley
Street Standards; and 2008 Regional
Stonnwater Manual are primary develop-
ment regulations applicable to the site.
Public Nearing: Pursuant to SVMC
17.80.080, the Planning Division shall be
the decision -maker on a proposal. There-
fore, the proposal is not subject to a future
public hearing.
