LAND USE No. 940205,
Supplement No. 1
Mr. Chris Swanson
Homestead Construction
South 312 Farr Road
Spokane, WA 99206
Dear Mr. Swanson: ,
This letter will serve to supplement Land Use Agreement No. 940205 issued by the Bonneville
Power Administration (BPA) on April 8, 1994, which permitted the use of BPA's easement area for
construction, use, and maintenance of private parking areas, landscaping, and a drainfield within a
parcel of property known as Lots 6 and 7 Krueger's Addition. A copy is enclosed for your
reference.
The Land Use Agreement is being supplemented to include and extend further parking,
landscaping, and drainfields within an adjacent parcel of property known as Lots 8, 9, and 10
Krueger's Addition. Supplement No. 1 also includes 4-foot high fencing to surround each
drainfield of Lots 8, 9, and 10, and includes 4-foot high fencing around the previously permitted
drainfield for Lot 7 for a total of four fenced drainfields.
The location of your parking, landscaping, and fenced drainfields is partially within Lot 1 of
Section 2, Township 25 North, Range 44 East, Willamette Meridian, Spokane County, State of
Washington, and as shown on the enclosed segment of BPA Drawing No. 152991, marked
Exhibit A.
Please note that all terms and conditions of the oriQinal Land Use AQreement No. 940205
dated April 8, 1994, remain the same.
IN ADDITION. THE FOLLOWING IS BROUGHT TO YOUR ATTENTION AND MUST
ALSO BE COMPLIED WITH:
1. Your drainfield fencing shall be approximately 4 feet high and run the perimeter of
each drainfield (approximately 36 feet by 90 feet). There will be at least 10 feet
between each drainfield (a setback distance of 5 feet from each lot line). (See inset of
enclosed Exhibit A.) •
