Use multiples of each to provide adequate drywell structures. Bowstring calculations to prove that the drywell type selected is sufficient will be required if these recommended values are exceeded. Provide contours or sufficient spot elevations to check site grades. One-percent is the minimum requirement without special construction requirements by a licensed engineer. Your contours do not support that the water will flow to the swales as indicated. Please show spot elevations to confirm flow. Please coordinate your landscape plan and your site plan. Some inconsistencies do exist. Approach Permits are required on all new approaches as wzll as all approaches that will be altered. Contact Sylvia Lightfoot at the County Engineer's Department. If Empire Way was to be widened to 60 feet, it would necessitate moving many pot•jer and telephone poles, and would locate many houses very close to the street. The following information must be „ provided in order for us to proceed with our review. A) For any new hard surface area, for an asphaltic roof, or a roof containing HVAC machinery, a drainage plan for the site shall be prepared in compliance with Spokane County "Guidelines for Stormwater Management".
