as per plat recorded in Volume"K" of Plats,pages 20,21,22 and 23,records of Spokane County;
EXCEPT the North 5 feet thereof; and lying northwesterly of a line described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of said portion of Block 100 being 5 feet south of the north line
