consideration, hereby convey(s) and warrant(s) to the CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, a
municipal corporation of the State of Washington, Grantee, the following described real
property situated in Spokane County,in the State of Washington:
For legal description and additional conditions see Exhibit A attached hereto
and made a part hereof
Also,the undersigned hereby requests the Assessor and Treasurer of said County to set-
over to the remainder of the herein described Parcel "A" the lien of all unpaid taxes, if any,
affecting the property hereby conveyed, as provided by RCW 84.60.070.
It is understood and agreed that delivery of this deed is hereby tendered and that the
terms and obligations hereof shall not become binding upon the City of Spokane Valley unless
and until accepted and approved hereon in writing for the City of Spokane Valley, by and

17,records of Spokane County, lying southwesterly of a line described as follows: Beginning
at a point on the south line of said Tract "A" 12.00 feet east of the southwest corner; thence
northwesterly 21.46 feet to a point on the west line of said Tract "A" 10.50 feet north of an
I angle point on said west line and Point of Terminus of said line as shown on.Map C attached
hereto and therefore made part of this description.
