CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at approximately
10:00 a.m. by Bui.lding and Safety's Code Compliance Coordinator,
Tom Davis, with the following in attendance:

SOOPE/PROJBCT DBSCRIPTION:
Applicant is proposing the construction of a 29' x 56' wood frame
addition, slab-on-grade and 10' in height, ta the wishing Tree
Hausen Gift Shop. R-19 insulation will be put in the walls with
5/8" sheet rock.
There will be a half bathroom in the addition. An electric
forced-air furnace with air conditioning will also be installed.
There will be two entrances to the building with a handicap ramp
provided at the front of the store. There are planned parking
lot improvements and 208 installation.

I. Building and Safety (456-3675)
A. Discussion/Requirements
1. Marty Robinson and applicant will be discussing
plan review comments regarding the foundation on
the breezeway after the meeting. A copy of some
comments were given to applicant to review.

2. Fire District No. 1 has approved the proposal.
II. Engineerinq (456-3600)
A. Discussion/Requirements
1. The dimensions already submitted for drainage seem
to be adequate.
2. The applicant has submitted, on the cover sheet, a
site plan addressing the drainage, however a
typical section and calculations is also required.
3. The site plan need to indicate the location of the
drywell.
B. Permit Release Requirements
1. A revised site plan indicating the above is
required.
III. Health District (456-3600)
A. Discussion/Requirements
1. The Health Department is unable to locate the plot
plan of the original permit which was issued in
1971. The applicant said he would provide them
with a copy of his.
2. The septic system provided for the site is a 900
gallon tank with 184' of drainfield. The system
is adequate for the current and proposed use.
3. The site is located within the PSSA and therefore
a ULID waiver will need to be signed. The
applicant can pick up the ULID form at the time of
application for the sewage permit.
H. Permit Release Requirements
1. A sewage permit is required prior to issuance of
the building permit for the connection of the
building to the existing system.
2. A ULID agreement needs to be submitted.

IV. Planning Department (456-2205)
A. Discussion/Requirements
1. Setbacks and use is approved.
2. Applicant shall calculate how much of the 28 x 66
area is devoted to the sales activity in order to
determine correct parking calculation. `
B. Permit Release Requirements
1. A site plan needs to be submitted illustrating the
parking stalls @ 9' x 201.
V. Utilities (456-3604)
A. Discussion/Requirements
1. Not present at meeting, nor were any written
comments received.

reminded all that he should be contacted if there any unforeseen
problems which may arise. Also, should there be any changes from
what appears in the minutes, we should be notified within one day
