The project is located at 15407 E. 23rd Street, Spokane, Wa., 99216 and the permit # is 95002010. The contractors Bill Jordan and Jerry Ayers of Nila Jordan Construction have informed me that the building department issued a permit on the assumption that the project was wood construction, thus allowing the foundation to be constructed while we were waiting for the Board of Registration to approve my comity application. I understand that the house is currently framed in steel and the contractors are hoping to have a permit and call for a framing inspection next week. A drawing sheet was removed from the original stamped set of drawings to obtain the foundation permit and the contractors would like to return it to the original set at the building department with the hope that you could add the note "RCW 18.43.130" to the California stamp on the documents and then issue the permit for the steel framed project.
