Approval Criteria: Spokane Valley Munici- pal Code (SVMC) Tale 20 — Subdivisions, SVMC 19—Zoning Regulations and SVMC Title 21 — Environmental Controls, the City of Spokane Valley Street Standards; the • Spokane Regional Stormwater Manual; and the Spokane Regional Health District regulations. Hearing Process and Appeals: The Hear- ing Examiner will conduct the hearing pur- suant to the rules of procedure adopted in SVMC Title 18— Boards and Authorities. All interested persons may testily at the public hearing and may submit written comments and documents before or at the hearing. Any appeal of the Hearing Examiner's deci- sion will be based on the record established before the Hearing Examiner, pursuant to SVMC 17.90 (Appeals). Environmental Determination: A Deter- mination of Non Significance was made pursuant to WAC 197-11-355. There is no further comment on the environmental determination.
