The required amount of parking for the proposed is 57 stalls. 2. A permit must be obtained for any new signs to be located at the site. The permit may be obtained at a later date. 3. Engineering Department (456-3600) A. Discussion/Requirenients l. Comments were qiven to the applicant and Buildinq and ` Safety by Bob McCann. 2. Please submit a drainage plan for review. At a minimum the plan shall contain the followinq: drainage calculations for stormwater volumes generated on site, calculations for total impervious surfaces contained within the site, finished grade elevations for structures to be constructed on site, finished grade elevations at the top and bottom of the 208 swale, a typical cross section of the 208 swale, calculations to justify the number and type of drywells proposed, and elevation of drywell inlets where applicable. B. Permit Release Requirements 1. Please submit a drainage plan as described above for review and approval. III. Health District (456-6040) A. Discussion/Requirements l. Daryl Way has been in contact with the owner of the proposed. Daryl's concern is that the current water usage is over the capacity of the existing septic system, currently the restaurant uses 3,000 gallons per day. The applicant agreed to divert the compressor water to a drywell rather than to the septic tank. 2. A ULID Statement is required for the proposed project. 3. Sewer should be available to the site in the fall of 1990. 4. A copy of the plans for the proposed project were given to Daryl during the meeting. - 2 - . ~ ~ ~ B. Permit Release Requirements 1. Upon review and approval of the interior floor plan and room finish schedule Health District will be ready to siqn off their portion of the building permit. IV. Building and Safety (456-3675) A. Discussion/Requirements l. Plan review has been completed on preliminary plans and a letter will be sent to the applicant by Tom Postlewait. Comments durinq the conference included the following: verification of existinq door width, fixed seating, isle width, snow, wind and seismic loads, thickness of roof plywood, header size, and proper ventilation. 2. No further fire protection will be required for the proposed project. 3. Draft stops will be required every 60 feet in the attic area. 4. Please provide specs and the type of heating system that will be used for the proposed. B. Permit Release Requirements 1. Two complete revised sets of plans addressing the items discussed during and after the meeting and other items from the plan review letter needs to be submitted for review and approval.
