Remove all rubbish, organic matter and deleterious material from the site. Place
compact structural backfill in any over excavated footing areas.
Foundations:
Footing bearing pressures are Limited to 2,000 PSF. Footings shall bear on undisturbed
Inorganic soil or well compacted structural fill capable of supporting the pressure

Connection Hardware'
All connection hardware shall be. Simpson Strong Tie or approved equal.
Roofing & Siding:
All roofing & siding shall be precision roll formed galvanized or galvalume, painted or
bare. Raw material shall conform to ASTM A653 (SQ), Grade 80, Fy = 80,000 psl.
