The City of Spokane Valley seeks a
qualified consultant team to
provide final plans, specifications
and estimates for the Barker
Road/BNSF Grade Separation
Project. This project will construct
a grade -separated intersection for
Barker Road and Trent Avenue (SR
290) utilizing new and/or existing
infrastructure to route 'vehicular
traffic aver the BNSF Railroad
tracks.
Copies of the RFQ packet may be
