HEARING LOCATION: Spokane Valley City Council Chambers, City Hall, 11707 E Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99206. APPLICATION / DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: Cascade Palley Subdivision (SUB -2017-0001) - Preliminary plat approval to subdivide 4 acres into 22 residential lots. Proposed lot sizes will permit single-family homes. PROPERTY OWNER: Viking Builders, LLC, 19425 E Broadway Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99016. ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINA- TION: A Determination of Non Significance was made pursuant to WAC 197-11-355. There it no further comment on the environmental determination.
