HEARING PROCESS AND APPEALS:
The Hearing Examiner will conduct
the hearing pursuant to the rules
of procedure adopted in SVMC
Title 18 - Boards and Authorities.
All interested persons may testify
at the public hearing and may
submit written comments and
documents before or at the
hearing. Any appeal of the
Hearing Examiner's decision will
be based on the record
established before the Hearing •
Examiner, pursuant to SVMC
17.90 (Appeals). All hearings will
be conducted in facilities that are
accessible to persons with
physical disabilities.
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINA-
TION: A Determination of Non
Significance was made pursuant
to WAC 197-11-355. There it no
further comment on the
environmental determination.
