JG-6457 Group 01
Dear Mr. Kipp:
This agreement provides reimbursement to WSDOT for providing electrical inspection of the
traffic signal system improvements at the intersection of SR 27&Mirabeau Parkway. WSDOT
(Eastern Region)has established account Number JG-6457,Group 01 for billing purposes to
cover the actual charges for the work.
The City of Spokane Valley will provide reimbursement to WSDOT for all labor,equipment,
and materials needed to set up and complete the necessary WSDOT reviews/approvals.
WSDOT(Eastern Region)will establish account Number JG-6457,Group 01 for billing
purposes to cover the actual direct and indirect costs for the charges for the work. This account
will be set up for estimated labor and materials cost in the amount of$10,000.00. Should the
need to exceed this amount arise this Agreement will need to be modified by both Parties in
writing.
A billing will be submitted each month to the City of Spokane Valley until the work for the
traffic signal system has been completed.An annually adjusted administrative overhead
percentage will also be added(currently 10.52%). Payment is required within 30 days of receipt
of each billing to avoid any additional charges.
WSDOT requests that the proper authority acknowledge the JG account by filling in the
Endorsement below and returning this original letter to my attention at: 2714 N.Mayfair St.,
Spokane, WA 99207.
