Dear Mr.Kipp:
In accordance with the Agreement JG-6457 executed on June 8,2016 the original estimated
dollar amount of Ten thousand dollars($10,000.00)was overrun by Two hundred sixty-seven
dollars$267.00. This Amendment No. 1 provides for an increase of$267.00 to cover the final
cost associated with the work completed under agreement JG-6457.
A final billing will be submitted to the City of Spokane Valley. Payment is required within 30
days of receipt of each billing to avoid any additional charges.
WSDOT requests that the proper authority acknowledge the Amendment No. 1 to agreement
JG-6457 by filling in the Endorsement below and returning this original letter to:
