2. The Customer will pay for such lighting service in acoordanoe with the terms of the Company's Schedute 42 as Merl with the state regulelory
commission having iurisdletion and in effect at the limo lighting service is furnished hereunder.presently amounting to S.19 15 per month.
3. Should the Company file a rate for like service with the state reps Iatory commission having jurisdklion,which rate shall become effective either by lapse
of time or by order of said state regulatory commission permitting or ordering send rate to become affective,the Cuslorner agrees Ural said rate or any rete
subsequently Med for like service may be substituted by the Company for the then effective rate epplttable w service hereunder.and thereafter such rate shall
be used in determining the amounts to be paid by the Customer for the remainder of the term hereof.
4_ In the case of area lighting_this agreement will be in effect for 5 years blowing the installation of the above Were,and therafter wit continua in elect
until terminated by ether party upon one month's written notice
5. Company wit make any change in location at the request and expense of Customer. Service may be terminated(abandoned)at any location on
paymenl by Customer of Customer's average present investment less net salvage in the facilities abandoned. Customer.at his option.may order a change of
location rather than the cost of termination.
6. The Customer hereby grants to the Company,without cost,the necessary permits for installation,mairtenance,adjustment,and removal of the
Company's poles,tines and required facilities Ayr service under this agreement that may be located on the Customer's premises.FURTHERMORE,THE
cusToatER ASSUMES FILL RESPONSIBILITY,AT HIS OWN EXPENSE,FOR LOCATING AND,IF REQUESTED.EXPOSING All EXISTING
CUSTOMER-OWNED FACILITIES(electric conduit,water Inns,sprinkler tines,natural pia boas,sorer tinsel,
