~ B. Permit Kelease Requirements 1. A revise4 site plan indicating the square
footage of the proposed building and location
of proposed signs shall be submitted.
2. An estimate from a nursery, indicating size,
type, and quantity alonq with a promissory
letter from the owner stating that the
landscaping will be installed shall be
submitted.
II. Engineerinq Department (456-3600)
A. Discussion/Requirements
l. Review of the submitted drainage plan has
been completed and comments, check print,
were given to the applicant by Hob McCann.
2. Drainage plan calculations were not submitted
to the Engineer's, however, the calculations
were given to Bob McCann during the meeting.
B. Permit Release Requirements
1. Comments on the check print which are minor
in nature need to be addressed and returned
to the Bngineer's for review and approval.
Also, review of the calculations shall be
completed prior to the release of the
building permit.
2. Approach permits for Sprague Avenue shall be
obtained prior to the release of the building
permit.
3. All required construction (sidewalk) within
the Public R.ight-of-Way is to be completed
prior to the release of the building permit
or a bond in an amount estimated by the
County Engineer to cover the cost of
construction or i.mprovements shall be filed
with the County Engineer. A permit for the
construction of sidewalks shall be obtained
from the Engineer's.
III. Health District (456-6040)
A. Discussion/Requirements
1. The proposed project will connect to the
val?el sewer.
2. Daryl Way cou13 not find any previous record
of an on-site sewage system. It was assumed
that one was never installed.

3. The disposal of the asphalz to be removed
shall be disposed of into a licensed landfill
or licensed demolitAon v4aste site and all
construction debris shall also be disposed of
into a licensed landfill.
4. A critical materials list, which will be
supplied by Building and Safety, shall be
completed and returned to them for review.
5. The Health Department released their portion
of the building permit.
IV. Building and Safety (456-3675)
A. Discussion/Requirements
1. Plan review was based on incomplete sets of
plans that were submitterl. A plan review
letter was qiven to the applicant by Tom
Postlewait.
2. The applicant needs to contact Paul Chase
with Fire District No. 1, 928-2462, for their
requirements for the proposed project.
3. The plan review letter addressed items such
as handicap requirements, occupancy and exit
comments, construction and structural
comments, energy comments, and mechanical and
plumbing comments. These items were to be
discussed after the meeting.
4. A critical materials list shall be completed
and returned for review.
B. Permit Release Requirements
1. Two complete sets of plans addressinq the
items noted in the plan review letter shall
be submitted for review and apprvval.
APPLI CANT' S CON[MFN'TS /ACKNOWLEDGEMENT :
Z'Ize applicant acknowledged that all conunents/requirements
were understood and had no further questions at this time
regarding permit requirements.
CORRECTIONS:
To minutes or chanqes from what appears in the mi.nutes, we
should be notified within one day of your receipt of these
minutes.
To site plans as required by any or all of the above-listed
departments shall be submitted to Building and Safety who
will then distribute accordingly to those departments.
