on Sprague Avenue east of the K-Mart parking lot, East 15413
Sprague, Veradale, Washington. Mr. Deviny is ir.voived in
a business litigation where the Defendant is contending that
due to the road construction for the installation of the
valley sewer pro3ect, that his business was damaged. We
would ask at this time that you provide us with certified
copies of when the construction was performed in this area
fronting the property, and further the durataon. We would
also appreciate any information you might provide us with
regards to notices that were made public of the pendinq
construction. Finally, the Defendants contends also that
sidewalks were required *.o be built as a condition of obtaining
