I attended the hearing held in March on this matter. Since that
time I have met with Mr. Anderson on the construction site. We
reviewed the road problems and, as a result of more information
provided by Mr. Anderson, have made a modification on our
request.
Originally we stated that the road would have to be completed
prior to construction. This was based on the conditions of the
road. Mr. Anderson has stated that his contractor will not be
available until May of 1990. By that time the pathway now
present will have been dried up sufficiently to allow for heavy
construction vehicles to gain access.
With this in mind we will agree to allow construction of the
house, however, the road must be completed prior to occupancy.
The family is due to move-in in September. I have informed Mr.
Anderson that he is to contact me no later than the first week in
August to review what road activities remain to be completed.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
