This building permit review is intended to j;praise you of the improvements (roadway, side-
walk, curb, stormwater, etc.) which must be ci•rstructed in association with your building
permit. This checklist will be filled out 5y the Engineer's staff and a copy will be
returned to you at the time that the permit is initialed by the Engineering Oepartment.
All requirements shall be completed prior to i;suance of the building permit. All un-

neer, shall incorporate stormwater treatment to mitigate the potential for groundwater
