Attn: Mr. Joh

Dear Mr. Peterso
VIe received , citizens complaint on a sight obstructzon at the northeast
corner of Sprague Avenue and walnut Avenue. We invest2gated ana found a newly
paved parking lot with bases for light standards built on County Roaal rigrt-
of-way. The rzght-of-way extends north a distance of twelve (12) feet north
of the back of the sidewalk on Sprague Avenue. Southbound vehicular traffic
cn Walnut Avenue has prablems seeing westbound vehicular traFfic on Sgrague
Avenue due to the location of parked vehicles on the newly paved garki.ng lat.
I wauld welcame the opportunity to sit down and discuss the potential
traffic safety problems at this intersection with yau at the earliest poMsible
aate.
Very truly yours,
Robert S. ''.'urner, P.E.
