The maximum capacity for the systems 1s 1,050 per day An
application for a sewage permit has been submitted
2 Please submit an updated crltical materials listing to
Buildinq and Safety for review
3. If it is determined that the owner is a critical
materials user a"Samplinq Agreement" which involves
samplinq of the effluent of the septic tank on annual
basis, shall be siqned and returned to the Health
District Cost for obtaininq and processing the sample
shall be paid by the applicant
4 Please install riser and ring type lids for all the
septic tanks so that the effluent can be sampled
5 The Northwest Interceptor should be made available in
the summer of 1990 Sewer availability to businesses
along Montgomery Avenue should follow within a few years
B Permit Release Requirements
1 A ULID Agreement will be required The proposed will
require double plumbing
2 If it is determined the owner is a critical materials
user a Samplinq Agreement shall be required
3 Issuance of the sewage permit is required
IV Air Pollution Control Authority (456-4727)

1 Air Pollution will need to examine the paint room vent
system and the new dust collection system
2 A Notice of Construction will be required for the
paint room and for the dust collection system Air
Pollution has application forms to give to the applicant

2 One additional fire hydrant may be required to be
installed The location of the existing hydrants will
need to be verified

personnel is required to be located at the entry way of
the property
V Building and Safety (456-3675)
A Discussion/Requirements
1 Plan review has been completed on preliminary plans
and a letter was given to the applicant by Tom Postlewait
2 The west wall of the existing building shall be
constructed to satisfy the minimum one-hour fire-resistive
construction
3 The existing paint booth shall be updated to meet the
minimum requirements of the Uniform Fire Code
4 The two existing buildings and the proposed are over
the allowable floor area permitted by the Uniform Building
Code
5 Please indicate the use for the proposed phase two
building
6 The maximum distance of travel from any point to an
exterior door, shall not exceed 150 feet
7 Please submit an updated critical materials listing to
Building and Safety for review, also include method of
double containment
B Permit Release Requirements
1 Two complete revised sets of plans addressing the
items discussed durinq and after the meeting arid other
items from the plan review letter needs to be submitted
for review and approval

be based on actual salary costs incurred by Spokane County
for project reviews and / or inspections plus a ten percent
administrative charge, and will be billed monthly as
accrued
