THIS AMENDMENT No. 1 is made to the Agreement for Professional Services dated Feb 11
2009 by and between the City of Spokane Valley, a code City of the State of Washington, hereinafter
"City" and Century West Engineering Corporation hereinafter "Consultant" and jointly referred to as
"parties."
Pursuant to Sections 1C and 18 of the Agreement, the parties hereby agree to increase the
contract amount for continued transportation planning services. A summary of these
modifications is as follows:
Original Contract Amount $ 50,000.00
Amendment Amount $ 30,000.00
Amended Contract Amount $ 80,000.00
The remainder of the Agreement will remain unchanged by this Amendment.
