Billing should be limited to reimbursement requests of no less than $ 50,000, or may be requested for completion of each phase as long as the amount requested does not exceed 79.5%of the total spent to date. This agreement is entered into this day of , between Spokane Transit(STA) and Spokane Valley in an amount not to exceed $1,066,900 or 79.5 percent of the project total, whichever is less.
