The Local Agency desires to supplement the agreement entered into and executed on lune 19, 2006
All provisions in the basic agreement remain in effect except as expressly modified by this supplement.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:

Termini 200' east of Fancher Rd to 300' west of Thierman Rd
Description of Work 0 No Change
The project will patch grind and overlay 2 inches of HMA. Work will include ADA improvements to the sidewalk and addition of
concrete inlets, catchbasin Type 2 with spill control separators and replacement of existing drywells.
Reason for Supp9emznt
To authorize construction funds and advertise June 12, 2009.
