The County Engineering Department has completed a review of
the above ref erenced proj ect . The f ol lowing • inf ormation must be
pravided in order for us to proceed with our review.
A) The drainage plan as submitted is acceptable on the
provision that the HVAC units are self-contained models.
This means no dripping of lubricants or exterior manual
lubrication or maintenance of the units. The following
items are necessary for a complete review.
1. Finished grade elevations for structures to be
constructed on site.
2. Elevation of drywell inlets where applicable.
B) The subject property is affected by the "Findings and
Order" and the "Conditions of Approval" for the following
land use action:
Spokane County Zone Change No. ZE-190-77
C) Utility Condition: Permittee is responsible for arranging
for all necessary utility adjustments or relocation as required for completion of the improvement.

The ab ove-entitled matter coming on regularly for hearing before the Board of
County Commissioners of Spokane County, Washington, on this day, and it
appearing to the Board that tne Spokane County Planning Commission has given
due notice of the hearing on the matter in the manner and for the time provided
by law; that said Planning-Commission has held a public hearing as required; and
that the said Pianning Commission concurs in the plan to zone the following
described property as:
RESIDENTIAL OFFICE:
Lots 1, 21, 3, 4, and 5 in Tract 205, Opportunity, Paradise Acres Addition in
Section 22, Township 25 N., Range 44, E.Ir1.M., Spokane County, Ulashington.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the above-described property be, and the

5) An on-site, storm-drainage system shall be approved by the Spokane County

7) The applicant shall provide a performance bond to cover the cost of the

9) That the provisions of SEPA'S NOTICE OF ACTION pursuant to 43.21c.080 RCW
and the Board of County Commissioners, Resolution No. 77-1392 be accomplished
by the project applicant within thirty (30) days of formal action by the
6oard of County Commissioners, as instructed by the Planning Department
staff.
10) That a Final Declaration of Non-Significance be signed by the Chairman of `
the Board of County Commissioners.
