The 25 parking spaces indicated on the site plan are adequate. 4. The setbacks indicated on the site plan are adequate. ; 5. Please submit an.estimate from a nursery including size, type, arid.quantity of landscaping, itemized cost of the - irrigation system, and the cost of labor along with a promissory letter from the owner stating the landscaping will be installed. -1- t A 20 foot wide strip of Type I landscaping is required along the east property line. Health District (456-6040) A. Discussion/Requirements 1. The water purveyor for the proposed is Modern Electric Water Company (456-8000). Please submit a critical materials list to the Department of Buildings for review. 3. All construction debris shall be taken to a licensed landfill. 4. No on-site burning or burial of debris will be allowed. 5. A cesspooUseptic tank may still be located on the property. If the tank is located, please properly abandon it. 6. Please submit a menu for review. 7. The drain in the dumpster pad must be plumbed to a 208 swale and must contain a basket strainer. 8. Plan review has been completed on the submitted plans and a letter will be sent to the architect by Jun Mascardo. A copy was given to the builder at the conference. 2. Please submit a soil test report on the disturbed earth (fill) over the old basement for review and determination of the need for compaction tests. If compaction tests are required, they must be done by an approved testing labora- tory. 3. The proposed shall meet the minimum requirement of the Regulations for Barrier-Free Facilities. A minimum of one handicap parking space is required, and it must be located adjacent to the building, with no travel through vehicle or traffic areas. Please make necessary changes on site plan. 4. Please indicate on the foundation plan that the perimeter insulation extend to the top of the slab or that an expansion joint is proposed. 5. Signs must be provided for on the main exit staang: "This door to remain unlocked during business hours". 6. Please submit an updated critical materials list for review. 7. Please submit shop drawings for the truss diagrams for review and approval. 8. Permanent roof access must be provided for for the roof top units. 9.
