Discussion/Requirements 1. The Health District has no record of the existing on site sewage system. 2. In order that a determination on the size of sewage system can be made water use data for a convenience store located at North 12310 SR #395 Hiqhway was submitted to the Health District during the meeting. The water use data indicated that based on 144 cubic feet per day 1,080 gallons of waste water would be generated per day. 8ased on a loading factor of .8 gallons per square foot, 1,350 square feet of leach bed will be required for the proposed. A replacement area for a future leach bed area of equal sf ze must be shown on the site plan. Daryl Way suqgested that because of the size of the site the owner may want to request a wafver to use grass pavers over the drafnaqe area. Approval of grass pavers from the state is required. 3.
