Please submit copies of approach permits obtained from the State of Washington Department of Transportation. . 4. An Agreement to Pay Fees was given to the applicant during the meeting. The agreement is to be signed and returned to the Engineering Department. Plan review will not be completed until this document is executed. . B. Permit Release Requirements l. Please address comments on drainage check print and return it to the Engineering Department. 2. All conditions of the re-zone must be met. III. Health District (456-6040) A. Discussion/Requirements 1. Please indicate that the existing house on the property will be moved to a legal lot. 2. The existing septic tank located at the site must abandoned properly. The applicant asked for a copy of the original site plan showing the location of the tank. 3. A grease interceptor that is accessible to grade must be installed. - 2 - . • . B. Plan review has been completed on preliminary plans and a letter was given to the applicant by Tom Postlewait. 2. Comments during the meeting included: handicap and ventilation requirements; construction, energy, plumbing, and mechanical comments; draftstops, and fire extinguishers. 3. Please submit an updated critical- materials listing to Building and Safety for review. B. Permit Release Requirements 1. Two complete revised sets of plans addressing the items discussed during and after the meeting and other items from the plan review letter needs to be submitted for-review and approval.
