The Dishman Water District is unable to supply the required amount even if additional hydrants are installed. It is being anticipated that within the near future, another water district will be takinq over Dishman Water. As an alternative for fire protection, the fire district has been requiring owners of new construction to post a $5,000 bond or a secured savings account to cover costs of extending water mains. 3. The security has to be posted prior to the issuance . of the Certif icate of Occupancy. 4. A lock (Knox) box entry system for fire department personnel access is required to be installed.
