2. A parking plan and traffic cinculation plan shall be submitted and approvcd by ihe
Spokane County Engineer. The design, location, and arrangement of parking stalls
shall be in accordance with standard traffic engineenng practices. Paving or
surfacing as approved by thc County Engineer, will be required for any porcion of
the project which is to be occupied or traveled by vehicles.
3. Roadway standands, typical roadway scctions and drainage plan requiranents arc
found in Spokane Board of County Commissioners' Resoluaon No. 80-1592 as
amended and are applicable to this proposal.
4. No construction work is to be performed within the exisring or proposed public
right-of-way until a pernut has been issued by the County Engineer. All work is
subject to inspection and approval by the County Engineer.
5. All required conswction within the exiscing or proposed public right of way is to
be campleted prior to the release of a building permit or a bond in the amount
estimated by the County Engineer to cover the cost of construction of imprnvements
shall be filed with the County Engineer. (Amended by Hearing Examiner
Committee Condition #1).

Coordinated Water System Plan for Spokane Gounty, as amended.
