DESCRIPTION OF CHANGES
This Change Order pertains to Bid Schedule B - Euclid Avenue Trunk Sewer work, paid for by Spokane County. The
change order replaces Euclid Avenue Trunk Sewer Project Plan sheets 4 and 5 with the attached plan sheets 4 and 5, dated
5-18-17, that lower Manhole Rim finish grade elevations 0.03' or less for Manholes Al - A5 and B1 - B5 so they will be
recessed below pavement and not be hit by snowplows. Manhole B-5 has also been relocated several feet west to the Flora
Rd centerline.
This change results in no increase to the Contract amount as noted herein.
