The change order replaces Euclid Avenue Trunk Sewer Project Plan sheets 4 and 5 with the attached plan sheets 4 and 5, dated 5-18-17, that lower Manhole Rim finish grade elevations 0.03' or less for Manholes Al - A5 and B1 - B5 so they will be recessed below pavement and not be hit by snowplows. Manhole B-5 has also been relocated several feet west to the Flora Rd centerline. This change results in no increase to the Contract amount as noted herein. Total Amount of this Change Order (incl.
