Our file reflects that you were informed of the alleged violation in a letter dated December 21, 1979 from Mr. dward B. Wilczak, Assistant Director of the Spokane County Building Codes Department. Mr. Wilczak' s letter requested that you obtain your approved building permit for the installation of the wood burning stove at the above mentioned location within ten days from the date of that letter. However, as of this date, you have failed to do so. Please be advised that a violation of the Uniform Building Code provision is a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500. 00 or by imprisonment in the County jail for not more than 90 days or by both fine and imprisonment. Be further advised that you have ten days from the date of this letter to secure compliance with the Uniform Building Code provisions relating to the above property or make other arrangements with the Spokane County Building Codes Department relating to this matter in order to avoid the Mr. C.
