on the 9'r'day of May,2017:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FORA RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION OF APPROXIMATELY 9,106 SQUARE FEET OF
WILBUR ROAD LOCATED BETWEEN PARCELS 45094.0598, 45094.0515 AND 45094.1001, AND
PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 sets out certain Findings of Fact as to the area proposed to be vacated; Section 2 describes the
property to be vacated; Section 3 designates how the property to be vacated is to be divided; Section 4
designates the proper zoning for the vacated property; Section 5 sets out the conditions of vacation; Section
6 discusses closing requirements; Section 7 speaks to severability; and Section 8 designates the effective
date of this ordinance.
