AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR A RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION OF APPROXIMATELY 59,906 SQUARE FEET
OF MCMILLAN ROAD LOCATED BETWEEN PARCELS 55053.0118, 55053.0119, 55053.0113,
55053.0114, AND 55053.0115, PROVIDING FOR A RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION OF
APPROXIMATELY 26,475 SQUARE FEET OF UNNAMED RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATED BETWEEN
PARCELS 55053.0113, 55053.0114 AND 55053.0115 AND THE CITY BORDER, AND PROVIDING
FOR OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 sets out certain Findings of Fact as to the area proposed to be vacated; Section 2 describes the
property to be vacated; Section 3 designates how the property to be vacated is to be divided; Section 4
designates the proper zoning for the vacated property; Section 5 sets out the conditions of vacation; Section
6 discusses closing requirements; Section 7 speaks to severability; and Section 8 designates the effective
date of this ordinance.
