Wilczak, Assistant Director of the Spokane County Building Codes Deprtment. Please find Mr. Wilczak's letter enclosed for reference to the alleged violations. Both letters specifically requested that you bring each residence into compliance with the Uni- form Building Code provisions within ten days from, the date of that letter. On October 4, 1979, and as of this date, the Spokane County Building Code has determined that no apparent attempts have been made -to correct the violations and no reinspections were called for. Please be advised that a violation of the Uniform Building Code is a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof Mr. _T'dward D.
