Lead Agency: City of Spokane Valley DETERMINATION: Spokane Valley Munici- pal Code (SVMC), Title 21: Environmental Controls implements the State Environmen- tal Policy Act (SEPA) and Chapter 197-11 of the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) within the jurisdictional limits of the City of Spokane Valley. The lead agency has determined that this proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21 C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is avail- able to the public on request. This DNS is issued using the optional DNS process in WAC 197-11-355. There is no further com- ment period on this DNS.
