MICHAEL HUFFMAN being first duly swom on oath deposes and says that he is the EDITOR of the Spokane Valley News
Herald, a weekly newspaper. That said newspaper is a legal newspaper and it is now and has been for more than six months prior
to the date of publication hereinafter referred to, published in the English language continually as a weekly newspaper in Spokane
County, Washington, and it is now and during all of said time was printed in an office maintained at the aforesaid place of

WASHINGTON, PROVIDING FOR A
RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION OF APPROXI-
MATELY9.106 SQUARE FEETOFWILBUR
ROAD LOCATED BETWEEN PARCELS
45094.0596, 45094.0515AND 45094.1001,
AND PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS
PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 sets out certain Findings of Fact
as to the area proposed to be vacated;
Section 2 describes the property to be
vacated; Section 3 designates how the
property to be' vacated is to be divided;
Section 4 designates the proper zoning for
the vacated property; Section 5 sets out the
conditions of vacation; Section 6 discusses
closing requirements; Section 7 speaks to
severability; and Section 8 designates the
effective date of this ordinance.
